This itinerary schedule has been carefully created and individually tailored after a rigorous selection and enable you to experience the diversity and the « terroir » of the Medoc region. Our private, tailored tours allow you to meet some of the property owners who will introduce you to the art of winemaking. All these package tours are completely flexible and can be drawn up to meet all your requirements and needs. Discover the hidden delights of Medoc vineyards at your own pace. Here are some examples of what we propose. Please note that châteaux visits and tastings are subject to availability. Visits last for about 1h and include tastings of one, two, three or more different wines. Vertical tastings of several vintages on demand. We are happy to suggest Château or hotel accommodation according to your wishes and budget. Customized quotation on request.
Morning
- Pick-up at your Hotel. Medoc region by the scenic Route des Châteaux.
- First stop in the town of Margaux for a short panoramic driven tour.
Margaux
- Private visit & tasting at a Top Growth Château (Grand Cru Classé).
- Tour of this 19th century domain, followed by a technical tour and a tasting of the 2 wines produced by the Chateau.
Saint-Julien
- Private visit & tasting at a Top Growth Château (Grand Cru Classé).
- Tour of the cellar and vat house, followed by a tasting of 3 wines
Lunch
Lunch at a typical restaurant in the heart of Pauillac, Saint-Julien or Haut-Medoc appellations. Local dishes, large selection of wines by bottle or by glass.
Pauillac
- Private visit & tasting at a Top Growth Château (Grand Cru Classé).
- Visit of the underground cellar, of the prestige old bottle collection, followed by a Tasting of 3 wines.
Saint-Estèphe
- Private visit & tasting at a Top Growth Château (Grand Cru Classé).
- Family-run Chateau, where you will be welcome by the owner. Tour & tasting of 4 wines
