One of the largest appellation from the Medoc peninsula, Haut Medoc covers overs 4000 hectares of vines, stretching from the suburbs of the city of Bordeaux up to the north of the Saint-Estephe appellation, on almost 40 miles.

The diversity of the soils and of the climate is shown in the interesting mosaic of blends, providing wines at extremely affordable prices. Here are some of the wines reflecting the diversity of soils and blends of the appellation: Chateau Arnauld, Chateau Sociando Mallet, Chateau d’Agassac, Chateau du Taillan, Chateau Belle-Vue, Chateau Charmail, Chateau Citran.
